To ensure a pleasant stay for all of our guests and to maintain the high quality of our apartments, we kindly ask that you keep all items in good condition during and after your stay. In the unfortunate event of any loss, damage, or non-washable stains on our linen, towels, or furniture (such as blood, body oils, etc.), we will require compensation. The following fees will apply:
- Loss, damage, or non-washable stains on linen: AMD 25,000 per item.
- Loss, damage, or non-washable stains on small towel: AMD 2,000 per piece.
- Loss, damage, or non-washable stains on large towel: AMD 3,000 per piece.
- Loss of apartment key, chip, or card: AMD 2,000.
- Non-washable stains on furniture (sofa, chair, etc.) requiring additional dry cleaning: AMD 20,000.
- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Any evidence of tobacco smell will result in a penalty fee equivalent to the cost of two nights of the reservation.
In the event of any other damages, compensation will be charged based on the amount of damage caused. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our apartments in top condition for all guests to enjoy.
