Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old and provide a valid credit card for a refundable security deposit (typically $250) due at check-in. Please note that pets are not allowed. Parking is free but limited; the resort cannot accommodate boats, RVs, trailers, or oversized vehicles.

Important Notes: As you are renting directly from a timeshare owner, you may be invited to attend a timeshare presentation, though this is entirely optional.
