Early check-in may be requested and is subject to approval by the management team for an additional fee. Late check-outs must also be authorized; unauthorized delays will result in a charge of USD $50 per hour, increasing to USD $250 after two hours.
To maintain the quality of the residential space, smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking, parties, or unreported extra guests will result in immediate stay termination, a USD $250 fine, and potential costs for lost future bookings. Additionally, pets are not allowed, and penalty fees apply. A security deposit may be applied to the guest's credit card for any missing items or damages not settled within 5 days of notification. Please treat this residence with the same care as your own home; if the cleaning crew finds excessive disorder or dirt upon checkout, an additional fee of USD $50 will be charged. Guests are required to complete an access form once the reservation is confirmed.

SMOKING & PARTIES No está permitido fumar o hacer fiestas. Las evidencia de fumar, fiestas o una reunión con invitados adicionales que no se informaron en su reserva inicial resultarán en la terminación de la estadía, una multa de USD $250 y posiblemente el costo adicional en el que se incurre al perder la reserva del próximo huésped porque no podemos eliminar el olor a tiempo para la próxima reserva.
No smoking or parties are allowed. Smoking/party evidence or having a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking will result in stay termination and USD $250 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred by losing the next guest’s reservation because we cannot eliminate the odor in time for the next booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT Cualquier daño o elementos faltantes a la propiedad pueden descontarse de la TC del huésped si el huésped no lo paga 5 días después de que se detecte el daño y se le informe.
Any damage or missing items to the property may be discounted from the guest’s CC if it's not paid by the guest 5 days after the damage is detected and informed to him.
