No Party/Event and No Smoking Policy

No Parties or Events

• Strictly Prohibited: To ensure the comfort and security of our neighbors and community, parties, gatherings, or events of any size are strictly prohibited on the property. This includes but is not limited to birthday parties, celebrations, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or other social gatherings.
• Noise Levels: Please maintain low noise levels, especially between 9 PM and 9 AM, to respect the peace of the neighborhood.
• Additional Guests: Only guests included in the booking are permitted on the property. Unauthorized guests will incur a fee of $100 USD per guest per day. Prior approval is required for any changes to the guest list.
• Violations: Breaking the no-party rule may result in immediate eviction without a refund and an additional fee of $1,000 USD for damages or extra cleaning, if necessary.
• Local Laws: Guests are expected to adhere to all local noise and gathering regulations. Non-compliance can result in fines or legal actions.
• Respect the Space: Please treat the property with care and respect, as you would your own home.
• Communication: If you are planning an activity that might fall into a gray area, please reach out to us in advance for clarification.

No Smoking Policy

• Strictly No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas.
• Cleanliness and Safety: This rule ensures a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all guests and prevents potential fire hazards.
• Odor and Residue: Smoking leaves odors and residues that are challenging to remove. Please respect future guests who may be sensitive or allergic.
• Violations: Evidence of smoking inside the property (e.g., cigarette butts, ash, or lingering odors) will result in a $500 USD cleaning fee to restore the property to a smoke-free state.
• Applies to All Smoking Products: This policy includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping devices, and similar products.
• Outdoor Consideration: If smoking outdoors, please be mindful of neighbors. Ensure smoke does not disturb others or enter nearby windows.
