• Minimum Stay: This property may not be rented for less than 90 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be adjusted based on actual occupancy.
• Pet Policy: This property is not pet friendly. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal and a non-refundable fee ranging from $500 to $1,000.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited. Documentation of smoking in or around the property results in a $300 fine and immediate eviction.
• Supplies: A starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bags is provided; guests are responsible for replenishment thereafter.
• Damage Protection: Bookings include Rental Guardian Damage Protection in lieu of security deposits.
