The sleeping arrangements include two king beds, one queen bed with a twin XL trundle, one twin XL bed, one daybed, and two twin air mattresses. The primary retreat offers a king bed and a spa-style ensuite bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and quartz bench. Bedroom 2 provides a king bed and versatile storage, while Bedroom 3 is a cozy haven with a queen bed, twin XL trundle, and an additional twin XL bed.

The living space radiates warmth with soaring beamed ceilings and vibrant Afrohemian wallpaper, featuring a leather couch and a fireplace. For entertainment, the fully remodeled game room is a nostalgic playground with a vintage Street Fighter arcade, ping pong, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, and customizable mood lighting.

Outdoor living is a centerpiece of the experience. Guests can enjoy a heated saltwater pool and hot tub, an 85” outdoor TV for poolside movies, luxe outdoor daybeds, and a fire pit. • Policies: Primary renter must be 25+. Government ID, license plate numbers, and a signed rental agreement are required via SuiteOp. A security deposit hold of $1,999 applies (except Airbnb).
• Restrictions: Outdoor music is prohibited per city ordinance. Pool heating is available for $99/day (2-night minimum).
• Additional: Early check-in/late check-out available for $25/hour when possible.
