The convenient 53rd Avenue park and boat ramp are nearby, while the area's wide sandy beaches provide perfect conditions for leisurely strolls, beach games, and spectacular sunset viewing. Easy access to popular attractions including Barefoot Landing, championship golf courses, and exciting water sports adventures.

Important Guest Information: This is a second-floor walk-up unit with no elevator access. Pets are not permitted due to HOA regulations. Pool passes are provided but carry a $100 replacement fee if lost or stolen. Vehicle parking passes must be displayed in all vehicles. An additional owner rental agreement requires completion prior to check-in. The owner's closet remains off-limits to guests during your stay.

Additional rules -Must be over 25 years old to rent.
1. Smoking and/or vaping is NOT allowed inside the unit
2. The presence of unauthorized guests may result in the termination of the rental agreement. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the on-line itinerary.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. No loud parties/music are permitted. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8:00 am and are HOA and police enforced.
4. This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5. Pets are NOT allowed.
6. Parking: Vehicles should only be parked in designated spaces with PARKING PASSES. HOA does not allow campers/trailers and/or motorcycles
7. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. There is up to a $200 charge for missing linens/towels.
8. Checkout - Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest: a.empty the refrigerator and make sure all trash is in trash cans. b.load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and run it. c. place dirty towels in laundry room d.Strip all beds and place them near the laundry room if soiled.
9. Please lock all doors and windows upon departure.
10. Garbage: Any garbage must be bagged and placed in the trash bins
11. Any damage to any items in the house including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be examined before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. This includes what is provided in the balcony closet for the beach and pool.
12. A front door Ring Doorbell active 24/7, motion activated, video and sound recording.
13. Deactivation of Wifi ( modem and/or router) may lead to immediate termination of the rental.
14. There is a $100 replacement fee per pool key card. There are 2 provided per HOA.
15. Damaged items or missing items from the balcony closet will also be assessed a fee of $50 per item.
