Welcome to Triphome Kana, a modern retreat in Toshima-k, Tokyo Prefecture. This private room, constructed at the end of 2023, offers an exceptional level of convenience for travelers seeking a cozy and functional home base in the heart of the city.
This efficient space features 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bathroom, perfectly suited for up to 2 guests. The sleeping arrangements consist of a traditional Japanese-style double futon (floor mattress) complemented by hotel-style pillows and single quilts. Because this is a Japanese-style futon room, guests are asked to set up their own bedding for the night and fold it during the day to maximize the living area.
Guests will enjoy an exclusive suite of amenities designed for independence and comfort. The private room includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, sink, and a deep pan. For entertainment and connectivity, the space is outfitted with a 32-inch smart TV with access to Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube, alongside high-speed WiFi reaching up to 180Mbps. The property also provides a dedicated laundry space with a washing machine, drying rack, and hair dryer. The bathroom is a fully separated wet and dry design, featuring an electronic bidet and consistently heated water.

Situated just a 4-minute walk (300m) from Kanamecho Station, guests have direct, non-transfer access to major hubs like Ikebukuro, Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ginza. The neighborhood is incredibly convenient, with over five 24-hour convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, and a variety of restaurants all within a 4-minute stroll—including a rare find specializing in Kanto region IPAs. Ikebukuro Station is also accessible via a pleasant 15-minute walk.

- Restrictions: No pets, no smoking (including balconies/street), no parties, no shoes inside, and no unregistered guests.
- House Rules: Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM. Please turn off the AC when leaving. Only toilet paper may be flushed; other items incur a ¥50,000 repair fee.
- Fees: Lost keys incur a ¥29,000 replacement fee. Late check-out is charged at ¥5,000 per hour. Extra towel sets are available for ¥700 each.
- Legal: Foreign guests must provide a passport copy via the online check-in form per Japanese law.

Overtime checkout will be subject to overtime compensation. ⑨ Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement fee ¥29,000. ⑩ Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages. ⑪ Please do not rearrange the furniture. ⑫ Please do your dishes. ⑬ Please sort your garbage and put it in the correct trash bin. If you have to take out the trash, make sure you tie the bag tightly. ⑭ No illegal substances allowed on the premises. ⑮ Only toilet paper in the toilet can be thrown down the toilet bowl. Tissues, paper towels, diapers, sanitary pads, tampons, condoms and anything else should not be thrown down the toilet bowl. If the toilet bowl is clogged due to throwing things into the toilet, we will ask for compensation. ⑯ Each guest is provided with 1 set of towels for the entire stay. Extra towels are available for a fee of 700 yen per set and need to be requested prior to arrival. ⑰ For two guests, we provide either 1 double bed or 2 single beds (this is not an option, please refer the bed type of this room), and so on. If you need to use beds beyond the number of guests (for example, 2 guests need 2 beds) , there will be an additional charge for beddings. The additional bed could be a sofa bed or Japanese futon, subject to availability. ⑱ In accordance with Japanese law, all foreign guests must provide a copy of their passport. You are required to submit the passport copy through our own online form before check-in. If you have any concerns for filling up and upload your passport soft-copies via our check-in form, please do not book this room. ⑲ Please avoid pressing the "emergency" button on the intercom unless it is an emergency. A fee of 1,500 JPY will be charged for unnecessary activation.
