Both bedrooms are equipped with hotel-grade 12-inch memory foam mattresses to ensure a restful night's sleep. The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, a bunk bed with two twin beds, a 53-inch TV, and an attached ensuite bathroom with a standing shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and another 53-inch TV. A guest bathroom with a bathtub and a provided hair dryer ensure the morning routine remains smooth.

The heart of the home is the bright living area, featuring a large sectional for the group and a 75-inch TV for movie nights. For entertainment, guests can enjoy a variety of games, including UNO, Connect 4, Twister, poker, and a 500-piece puzzle. The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals, featuring counter seating at the island, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, blender, and a complete set of pots and pans. Coffee lovers can choose between a Keurig, a regular drip coffee maker, or an electric kettle.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. To maintain the quality of the home and adhere to local ordinances, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house; please smoke outdoors only. No pets are allowed, and violators may face a fine of up to $1,000 plus damages. Parties, fireworks, and disturbing noises are strictly forbidden to ensure the peace of the neighborhood. No loud music is permitted past 10:00 PM. Booking guests must complete an online check-in form and sign a rental agreement as a condition of their stay.
