The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with slow cookers, roasting pans, baking options, and full sets of pots and pans, making it easy to prepare shared meals at the large dining table. Outside, the home is surrounded by 1,500 square feet of deck space where you can sip your morning coffee and watch the local deer. This amazing deck also features a covered hot tub, added in August 2025, and a propane grill for taking in the fresh mountain air.

For those bringing outdoor gear, the property includes a large detached shop and a generous driveway to accommodate boat or sled trailers.

Nestled in a quiet area just around the corner from Shore Lodge, this home is minutes from the heart of town. Adventure is always close by: Payette Lake beach access is only 3 minutes away, while the boat launch is an 8-minute drive. Winter sports enthusiasts are only 10 minutes from Brundage Mountain. Golfers can access the exclusive Whitetail Club in 3 minutes or visit the McCall Golf Course and Jug Mountain Ranch. • Note: The property features exterior surveillance on the driveway. There is no cable/satellite TV, but guests may sign into their own streaming services on the provided Smart TVs.
• Requirements: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and remain on-site throughout the stay. A two-night minimum is required, though some dates may require 3 or 4 nights.
