This spacious home is designed for comfort and accommodates up to 6 guests across three floors. The layout includes three bedrooms and three bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space and privacy for everyone. On the ground level, you will find the first of two living rooms, featuring comfy seating and a smart TV, alongside the first bedroom which boasts a super king-sized bed and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower.

The first floor offers an inviting open-plan space that combines a second living area and a dining table with a fully-equipped kitchen. This level also provides direct access to a private patio garden. The third floor houses two additional sleeping quarters: a twin room with an en suite featuring a bath tub, and a third bedroom with a comfy king-sized bed and its own en suite walk-in shower. To ensure a premium experience, the home provides fluffy white towels and crisp white linen.

Situated in the new Walcot Yard development, the property is in the heart of Bath's Artisan Quarter, an area known for its quirky cafes and shops. While the location is ideal for exploring the city on foot, the home also offers a unique luxury for central Bath: one undercover parking space within a gated community.

Practical Information:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Access: Guests must be able to climb stairs as the home is spread over three floors.
• Parking: One free underground parking space is provided.

House Rules:

• No parties or events
• No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes inside the house
• Shoes must be removed when indoors
• No candles or naked flames inside or outside
• Please avoid unreasonable noise, particularly after 10:00 PM

Please note that because of the central location and proximity to Walcot House, there is a potential for noise. Additionally, there is currently building work taking place opposite the Walcot Yard Development, though this is not expected to disrupt your stay.
