The home features a comfortable layout with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests. Sleeping arrangements include one king bed, one queen bed, and two bunk beds, with all linen included for your convenience. While the other two bedrooms feature wardrobes, please note that there is no clothes storage available in the master bedroom.

Situated on a private back section, the property offers generous parking options, with space available for three cars, or two cars and a boat. For those traveling with little ones, a baby chair that secures to a dining room chair and a port-a-cot are available upon request (please bring your own linen for the cot).

Located on the outskirts of town, the home is perfectly positioned for a peaceful stay while remaining close to local conveniences. It is just a 10-minute walk to the local restaurant and bar, as well as the dairy and takeaway shop. For those seeking a bit of pampering, there is also a hairdresser nearby.

• Pets: The house is dog friendly; please advise the host if you are bringing a dog. We kindly ask that dogs be kept off beds and furniture.
• Safety Note: There is a high retaining wall without a barrier around the deck area. Please be mindful of this and closely supervise young children when they are on the lawn area.
• Breakfast is not provided.
