To maintain the quality of the retreat, pets are not allowed and a strict non-smoking policy is enforced throughout the apartment. Guests are asked to ensure the number of occupants does not exceed the booking request. To ensure the peace and quiet of all residents, parties and functions are prohibited, and loud music must cease by 11:00 PM. Additionally, outdoor areas should not be used for activity between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. We kindly request that you leave the apartment in a clean and tidy state, treating it as your own home, to avoid extra cleaning fees.
