Designed to be a true home away from home, the property features a spacious layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully configured to accommodate 9 guests, featuring 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 1 bunk bed (consisting of 1 Queen and 1 single mattress).

L'Escapade is packed with features to ensure a memorable stay for guests of all ages. Enjoy the cozy ambiance of the indoor propane fireplace or step outside to the large outdoor terrace, where you will find a BBQ and a wood-burning outdoor fireplace. For relaxation and recreation, the property offers a 4-season SPA and a billiard table for entertainment. Families will love the trampoline, available from June to September. The home is also equipped with a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and a fondue pan, a washer/dryer, wireless internet, and a new EV charging station.

Perfectly situated for outdoor enthusiasts, the property is just a few minutes from the famous Massif de Charlevoix, where you can enjoy skiing, cable car rides, mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing, or tobogganing. You are also just 15 minutes from Baie-Saint-Paul and less than an hour from Quebec City. Local highlights include the gourmet Swiss fondue at “Ah La Vache” and the friendly atmosphere of the “À chacun son pain” bakery-café.

• Minimum age for booking: 28 years old
• Pets are not allowed
• Mandatory minimum stay of 3 nights applies during Christmas, School break, Easter, National Patriot’s Day, St-Jean Baptiste Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, and Thanksgiving
• No arrivals permitted on December 25th and January 1st
• Please note that maintenance personnel may be present outdoors Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for groundskeeping, snow removal, or hot tub maintenance.
