• Parking: Must park in the driveway only. Street parking and garage access are prohibited. Do not park in the neighbor's driveway (monitored by cameras; violators will be towed).
• Requirements: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old and occupy the unit throughout the stay. Identification and a signed rental agreement are required within 72 hours of booking.
• Restrictions: No A/C at this property. Parties and events are not allowed. Please respect locked cupboards and doors.
• Stay Duration: Two-night minimum, though some dates require 3 or 4 nights.
