The garage is not accessible, and street parking is unavailable; guests must park exclusively in the driveway. The home is equipped with exterior security cameras facing the driveway, yard, and entrance. There is no cable or satellite TV; however, guests may use their own streaming services.

Additional requirements include a minimum age of 25 for the primary renter and a minimum stay of two nights (though some dates may require 3 or 4 nights). Guests must submit identification and sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. Please be mindful of the sewer system and flush only toilet paper and human waste.
