No Parties, Events, Exceeding Occupancy- Please remain at or below house occupancy. This rule is in place to protect the home from wear and tear, keep neighbors happy, preserve community parking, and to remain compliant with the fire marshal and city requirements. Guest must be 24 years or older to book. Please Respect Quiet Hours- City of Red Lodge enforces quiet hours between 10pm-7am. We ask you please keep noises down and take the fun indoors. We want to be kind to our neighbors and be sure everyone has a good nights sleep. No RV Use at the Property- RVs cannot be used on site for accommodation arrangements, and services cannot be utilized such as electricity, water, or sewer for the RV. Be sure you are not creating parking issues, traffic disruptions, or blocks when parking your trailers or RVs. No Trash or Food Outside at Any Time- There is wildlife in our area so we ask that trash is always placed in the bear safe trash bins and closed correctly. Food should remain in the property at all times. Bears, rodents, and other wildlife will get into trash and food if it is available to them No Pets- Unfortunately, this is not a pet friendly home. Only Certified Service Animals are permitted with notice to the Property Managers. Additional fees for cleaning or damages may apply. NO SMOKING: We do not allow any smoking anywhere at this property even outside. If we discover there was smoking, there is a $500.00 fine. The property is on the border of National Forest and it is important we respect that. You can see the damage from the most recent wildfire and the local grasses and foliage are extremely combustible. NO SMOKING PLEASE! SNOW: If your reservation takes place during the winter season please plan ahead. This home is located in a rural neighborhood that can receive heavy snowfall. The home’s driveway is plowed by a local plow service. For the plow service to access the property, the county has to plow the main road. There are many year round residences in this neighborhood who help with snow removal and manage to commute with minimal issue. Four-Wheel Drive and high clearance vehicles may be necessary and the main road is frequently limited to a single lane. During particularly heavy snow storms, the plow service may be delayed to or unable to access the home for extended amounts of time. There is a possibility that the home will not be accessible for the designated check in time and you may have to wait to access the home. We make no guarantees for accessibility. These circumstances are rare, but still a possibility.
