Designed for entertaining, the chef's kitchen is exceptionally equipped with two farmhouse sinks, two dishwashers, two gas ranges, and two refrigerators, all serving a large dining area perfect for creating special memories. To keep you warm, the home features three fireplaces.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Policies: No smoking, no events, and no street parking
• Minimum Stay: Two nights (some dates require 3 or 4 nights)
• Requirements: Primary renter must be at least 25 years old; ID and a signed rental agreement are required within 72 hours of booking
• Pets: Allowed pending pre-approval from DoneRight Management; a fee of $25 per pet per night applies
• Security: Exterior surveillance cameras are present at the driveway and home entrance

Important Note: Lake Cascade is a reservoir. Water levels typically recede starting in late July for irrigation, which may turn the waterfront access into a bluff. Several local boat ramps are available for main lake access during this time.
