The two bathrooms are fully stocked with essential towels, shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body wash. For added convenience, the property includes fully equipped laundry rooms with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Guests can relax in a private backyard featuring comfy patio furniture and a fire pit, alongside a beautiful heated pool and spa perfect for entertaining. • Pets: Allowed (maximum 2 pets, 20 lbs each, $150 fee per pet per stay). Pets are not permitted on couches or beds and must not use the artificial grass for relief.
• Noise: Strict adherence to City of Indio Ordinance 95C is required. Music should be kept at cell phone/laptop volume levels. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Fri-Sat) and 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Sun-Thu).
• Parking: No street parking allowed without prior authorization and safelisting. Driveway holds 2 cars; garage capacity varies by vehicle size. Unauthorized street parking incurs a $200 fee per car per night.
• Additional Fees: Pool/Spa heating fees apply. Early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability) is $75.
• Safety: Exterior surveillance cameras are in use for security.
