This beautiful 3-bedroom home offers the perfect retreat just minutes from renowned Coachella Valley festivals, Empire Polo Club, and Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Located within a prestigious gated community featuring tennis courts, golf, gym, pools, restaurant, and 24-hour security.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across three thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with 55" HDTV and a sofa bed that converts to two twin beds. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, while the third bedroom includes two twin-over-twin bunk beds. Two full bathrooms are stocked with premium amenities including towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap.

Key amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, in-unit washer and dryer, air conditioning, indoor fireplace, WiFi, and smart lock entry. The private backyard is an entertainer's paradise featuring a heated pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ grill, and comfortable outdoor dining furniture. Initial house supplies are provided including trash bags, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry pods.

The property is pet-friendly, welcoming up to 2 pets (maximum 20 lbs each) for an additional $150 per pet per stay. Please note pets are not allowed on furniture or artificial grass areas.

Pool and spa heating is available for additional fees: pool heating $100 per night (86 degrees), spa heating on demand (102 degrees). Heating requires 24-hour advance notice and is typically recommended mid-September through mid-March.

Parking accommodates up to 4 vehicles (2 in driveway, 2 in garage). Street parking requires prior approval and vehicle registration. Quiet hours are enforced: 10 PM-8 AM Friday-Saturday, 9 PM-8 AM Sunday-Thursday.

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out available for $75 upon request and availability. Exterior security cameras monitor the property for your safety.
