This expansive residence features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 4 bathrooms, providing ample space for your group. For those traveling with children, the large upstairs room serves as a great kids hangout area that can sleep up to 8 guests and is equipped with its own TV for movies and games, plus a ping pong table.

While the general amenities list is limited, the home's interior and exterior are thoughtfully appointed for large groups. The large kitchen features a center island, 3 ovens, and 2 refrigerators to handle any meal. For entertainment, you will find 4 TVs throughout the home, including a wood burning fireplace in the living area for cozy evenings. Outside, guests can relax on the massive back deck facing the lake and West Mountain views, or enjoy the grassy backyard.

Located in a prime spot, the cabin is a short walk or drive to the main boat ramp, state park, beaches, golf course, and Lakefront Bar and Grill. You are also less than a mile away from the historic Roxy Theatre, downtown shopping, restaurants, fair, rodeo grounds, Kelly’s White Water park, and Cascade Aquatic Center.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: Limited parking available. You may park 2 cars in the garage and 2-3 in the driveway, or a combination of 2-3 vehicles and one small trailer. NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.
• House Rules: No pets, smoking, fireworks, parties, or events. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and occupy the unit for the entire stay.
• Additional Notes: Exterior cameras record motion and sound. 4-wheel drive is recommended during winter months. A two-night minimum stay is required, though some dates may require 3 or 4 nights.
