The downstairs area hosts a guest bedroom with a king bed and a nearby bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom featuring a jetted bathtub. For additional guests, the upper level includes a lounge and sleeping loft equipped with a futon, twin bed, and sofa sleeper, offering a treetop view of the surrounding wooded neighborhood. Little ones will especially love the "Kids Clubhouse" play nook, a fun fort designed for children.

Practical Information & Rules: Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This property is pet-friendly pending pre-approval from DoneRight Management; a pet fee of $25 per pet per night applies, and pets must be disclosed in the guest count. Please note that there is no A/C and no garage access for guests. Parking is available in the back driveway (entry is through the back door) or in the C-shaped front driveway which can hold three vehicles or one truck and trailer. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and stay for the duration of the reservation. A two-night minimum stay is required, though some dates may require 3 or 4 nights. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All guests must submit identification and sign the rental agreement within 72 hours of booking. This home is subject to all City of McCall ordinances regarding noise, occupancy, and safety.
