The primary suite is a beautiful sanctuary with a king-size bed, an en-suite full bathroom, and a private balcony, plus a blue chair that folds into a twin bed. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each offer two queen beds and share a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom. For additional flexibility, a full rollaway bed is available in the closet.

Every room is accentuated by hand-painted artwork, complementing an exceptional interior that includes a modern kitchen and an amazing gameroom located in the garage. Outside, you can relax by the beautiful pool and spa or gather around the fire, all situated right at the lake's edge.

Located in the Terra Lago community, this villa offers a serene setting. Please note that guests must adhere to local community standards, including a prohibition on swimming, boating, or fishing in the lake, and the use of community facilities is reserved for residents only.

• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum rental age: 21
• Pets: Pet-friendly with a $50 fee per pet
• Parking: 2 driveway spots only; no street parking after 10 PM (extra parking available outside the main security gate). No commercial vehicles or RVs after 6 PM; no oversized vehicles after 9 PM.
• Noise: No amplified music at any time. Quiet hours are after 9 PM on weekdays and 10 PM on Friday/Saturday.
• Pool/Spa: Heating is available for an additional fee ($100/day for pool, $35/day for spa).
• Other: No packages may be mailed to the home.
