If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit. • All animals must be disclosed and approved prior to booking. • Please provide information about your pet's breed, age, and weight. • This property can accommodate guests with pet allergies. General Rules: • Minimum Age: The responsible renter must be 30 years old. • Noise: Music can only be played at low volume before 9:00 PM. Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 8 AM. • Parking: Display your parking pass on your dashboard. Avoid street parking whenever possible. Do not park in front of mailboxes or fire hydrants. Trailers and oversized vans are not allowed. If you have more than 3 cars, park at least 1 in the garage. • Garage: Keep garage doors closed unless loading or unloading vehicles. • Golf Course: The golf course is private property. Unauthorized access is considered trespassing. • Guests: Only the number of guests listed on your reservation are allowed. Notify us of any visitors. Unauthorized guests may result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the reservation. • Security: If security is called due to violations, fines will be issued, and you may be asked to leave the property. Repeated offenses can result in termination of the reservation and additional fines.

Important Notes: • We are responsible for collecting fines and ensuring compliance with homeowner association rules. • The initial fine for security being called is $1,000. • A second security call may result in a $2,500 fine and immediate termination of the reservation, with no refund.

Important Information Regarding the Handling of Trash • Secure all trash in the bins located on the side of the house. • Trash bins are not to be placed at the curb anytime other than the night before pickup. • Trash bins must be removed from the curb on the same day as pickup and stored out of public view. • Trash and recycle pickup are Mondays, except for holidays, in which case trash will be picked up on Tuesdays.

Please be aware that PGA WEST employs sensors throughout the community to monitor speed limits. The speed limit in most areas is 20 MPH. If your vehicle is detected speeding, tickets and fines will be issued based on readings from the sensors. Please pay attention to the speed limits. If you continue to speed, the remote sensors will record it and issue a speeding citation that will remain valid for several weeks. You will be responsible for paying the fine. Therefore, please avoid speeding and pay attention to the speed limits.
