With a total capacity for four guests, the space ensures a cozy yet spacious retreat.

Inside, the home welcomes you with a warm and inviting lounge where you can relax by the crackling wood burner. The dining area is perfect for sharing meals and making memories. For those who love to cook, the modern, fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge-freezer, and microwave. A standout feature is the handy utility and boot room, an essential for the changeable Lake District weather, featuring a washer-dryer, coat hooks, a boot warmer, and an additional toilet and hand basin.

• Septic System: The property operates on a septic tank; please only flush toilet paper and use provided eco-friendly laundry and dishwashing products.
• Security: A refundable Good Housekeeping Bond of £400 is required (or a non-refundable £40 waiver).
• Fees: A £50 charge applies for check-in/out times outside the set window without prior agreement. Lock-out fees are £50 for call-outs and £100 for lost keys.
