• Parking: Lot parking is available in front of the unit. Please note there is absolutely no overnight street parking during winter months, and vehicles will be towed. Public boat and trailer parking is located across from the Mile High Marina.
• Security: The building features exterior surveillance recording motion and sound at entrances and parking areas.
• Minimum Stay: Two-night minimum, though some dates may require 3 or 4 nights.
