To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules: the apartment is strictly non-smoking and parties are forbidden. Pets are not allowed. We kindly ask guests to respect the neighbors and the building by keeping noise levels low after 10:00 PM and maintaining the common areas. For security, please always lock the door when leaving and never leave keys in the lock.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. For those traveling with infants, a baby bed is available as an optional additional service for 60€.
