The spacious bedroom features one double bed and one comfortable single bed, providing a restful night's sleep for three people, while the cozy sofa in the living area offers additional sleeping space for one extra guest, making the layout perfect for small groups or families.

Practical Information & House Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM via lockbox for a seamless self-check-in experience.
• Check-out: 11:00 AM.
• Online Check-in: Guests must complete an online check-in process, including personal information, a government-issued ID, and a selfie. Access codes are sent 10 minutes before check-in upon completion.
• Fees: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to additional fees if available. Extra cleaning and additional towels or linens during the stay also incur a fee.
• Long-term Stays: For bookings of 28 days or more, an additional utility fee of 3.5€ per day applies to cover electricity, water, heating, internet, gas, and administration.
• Pets: Not allowed.
