The main floor is designed for convenience and comfort, featuring a combined living and dining area with plenty of seating, including an oversized recliner for relaxing after a day in the sun. A custom, renovated kitchen is stocked with oversized cabinets, kitchenware, small appliances, and a large fridge equipped with an ice maker and filtered water. For added convenience, the main floor includes a half-bathroom and a full-sized washer and dryer with detergent provided.

• Wildlife: Do not feed wildlife, as it is illegal. Please keep all food and garbage inside to avoid attracting raccoons and skunks.
• Trash: All garbage must be removed upon departure and placed in the designated bodega near unit 17.
