The primary bedroom is a spacious loft located upstairs, featuring a king-sized bed, TV, and a private ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom offers a queen bed and a double-over-double bunk bed, with convenient access to a second bathroom featuring a stand-up shower.

• Parking: 1 reserved spot on-premise; 1 visitor spot available first-come, first-served. 2 parking passes are provided and must be used.
• Requirements: Primary guest must be 25 years or older and stay at the unit.
• Restrictions: No pets, no smoking of any kind, and no parties.
• House Rules: Shoes must be removed inside; no skis, snowboards, or bikes allowed in the unit (please use the ski locker). Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.
• Fees: $100 fee for lost/missing ski locker keys or key fobs.
• Note: The unit is on the second floor and requires climbing a flight of stairs. Scaffolding is present in the building entryway, though there is no active construction.
