Inside, you will find an open layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen with stone counters, black appliances, cookware, and dining ware, along with high-top island seating for casual meals. The living area is designed for relaxation with plush seating and a smart TV for streaming, while a dedicated workspace provides a quiet spot for remote work. Practical Details & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Pets: Dogs welcome (max 2 dogs under 40 lbs). A flat pet fee of $150 applies. Cats are not allowed.
• Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles in the garage and driveway. Vehicle details (make, model, year, color, license plate, and state) must be provided to guest services before arrival for HOA security.
• Community Access: A QR code will be issued for gated entry/exit; please provide your email and phone number to receive it.
• Restrictions: Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or loud music permitted.
• Important: The fireplace is decorative only and not for use. Street sweeping occurs on the 15th of each month; no street parking is permitted on that day.
