Practical Info & Rules: Check-in is available after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM via self-check-in. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Please note there is no air conditioning. Smoking, parties, events, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Renters must park in the driveway or garage. Pets are welcome pending pre-approval from DoneRight Management, with a fee of $25 per pet per night. All reservations require identification and a signed rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
