The second bedroom also includes a 180cm double bed and its own balcony. The third bedroom is very spacious, providing two single beds, a wardrobe, and a third private balcony. Each bedroom is served by its own ensuite bathroom; two are equipped with bathtubs and one features a shower. Additionally, a convenient toilet is located in the corridor.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Late arrivals after 9:00 PM incur additional charges (€40 until 11 PM; €60 until midnight), and guests must notify the host of their arrival time 24 hours in advance to avoid a €25 late-arrival fee. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Important policies include:

• Minimum booking age: 25 years old; no unaccompanied minors or groups of teenagers.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors (fine of €500 for non-compliance).
• Pets are not allowed.
• A security deposit of €800 is required 3 days before arrival.
• One basic cleaning is included; excessive cleaning post-departure is charged at €24.20 per hour.
