The expansive layout is designed for large groups, accommodating up to 16 guests with 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main house features 5 bedrooms, including one with an en suite bathroom shared with the other four. For additional convenience, a second bathroom for the main house is located just outside, providing easy access to the outdoor living areas. The property also includes a separate casita featuring 2 bedrooms with King beds and individual TVs, and one shared bathroom.

Outdoor living is the heart of this estate. Experience one of the largest pools in Coachella Valley, a massive 20'x60' saltwater pool boasting a 14' depth at one end, a dedicated swim lane, a tanning shelf, and a swim-up bar that seats five. The awesome outdoor area also includes an oversized spa, a built-in bbq grill with a griddle, ice chests, a fridge, a fire pit, and plenty of patio furniture. For those who love to entertain, there is outdoor dining available for 18 guests.

Inside, the renovated home offers entertainment with air hockey, billiards, and plenty of board games. A state-of-the-art Sonos music system is installed throughout the interior and exterior to provide high-end sound calibrated to county decibel requirements.

Located in the serene Indio Hills, the property is approximately 20-30 minutes away from the nearest grocery stores and towns, including Indio, Palm Springs, and Palm Desert. It is 22 miles from Palm Springs Airport and 48 miles from Joshua Tree.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with a $200 deposit ($150 refunded if no mess is left; $50 covers the stay per pet). Please notify hosts in advance.
• Noise: Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. No outside amplified music. Guests must use the provided Sonos system; bringing external sound systems is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction.
• Pool/Spa Heat: Available for a fee ($225/night for pool; $45/day for spa). Requests must be made 48 hours in advance.
• Restrictions: Fireworks are prohibited due to fire danger. No packages may be mailed to the home. Minimum rental age is 21.
• Checkout Duties: Please start a load of pool towels, place trash in outside bins, and start the dishwasher.
