The main living area and bedrooms are served by two heat pumps, while a cozy separate media room featuring a Smart-TV and gas fire provides the ideal space to hunker down during the winter months. The bright living area flows into a high-spec kitchen with stunning views, leading out to a large north-facing deck. This outdoor space is perfect for reading, sharing a drink, or stargazing, with views overlooking Roys Peak, Treble Cone ski field, and Lake Wānaka.
