NO SHOES: Kindly remove your shoes upon entering the home to help keep the space clean and comfortable for all. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional fee for cleaning and restoration, determined by our cleaning professionals' hourly rate. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: The use or possession of illegal drugs is not tolerated. Guests found engaging in such activities will be asked to leave immediately, and authorities may be contacted. NO PETS: Our home is not pet-friendly, so please refrain from bringing any animals onto the property. GUEST DAMAGES: Please treat our home and belongings with care. Inform us immediately of any damage as guests are financially responsible for any damage caused during their stay. NO PARTIES: Parties are strictly prohibited unless approved by management beforehand. Unauthorized events may result in extra cleaning charges and immediate eviction if disturbances occur. DIRTY DISHES: Kindly wash or load your dishes after use to maintain cleanliness. Failure to do so may result in additional cleaning fees. PARKING: Parking is provided on home's driveway only. Guests are NOT permitted to park in the garage or on the street under any circumstance.. Additional parking is provided at the club house however this requires approval from management prior to parking in overflow lot overnight. BBQ (Blackstone Grill): Guests are welcome to use the barbecue located on the back patio. Please do not move the BBQ from the back patio. Moving the BBQ off the patio may result in addiotnal cleaning fees for any damage caused. Please clean the grill after use. CONSUMABLES: Occasionally, previous guests may leave consumables behind. While we attempt to ensure their quality, guests consume them at their own discretion, and we hold no responsibility for their condition. FURNITURE: Please refrain from rearranging the furniture to maintain the integrity of the space. Should any furniture be moved, an additional fee will be incurred by the guest to compensate for our staff's effort in restoring it to its original placement. TOWELS: Kindly leave bath towels and hot tub towels in the home. Please refrain from taking towels to the lake. Any missing or damaged towels will result in an additional fee charged to the guest
