APARTMENT 🏡 RULES — VERY IMPORTANT

This apartment is managed by BarcelonaForRent Real Living Experience.

⚠️ Please read these rules carefully before you arrive. In order to access the apartment it is mandatory to correctly complete the online check-in, send the required documentation, pay the tourist tax when appropriate and respect all the rules of coexistence, security and use of the accommodation.

🪪 REGISTRATION REQUIRED BY LAW

In accordance with current legislation:

✅ In Catalonia, guests must register compulsorily, in accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, on the obligation of registration and communication to the police.

✅ It is mandatory to present DNI, NIE, national identity document or passport from the age of 14, according to Article 9.1 of Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, on the protection of public safety.

📌 Without full registration and no valid documentation, access to the apartment will not be provided.

APARTMENT 📲 ACCESS — NO KEYS

🔑 This apartment uses an opening system via link, so you won't need physical keys to get in.

📨 In order to access the apartment, it is necessary to complete the online check-in in advance through the link we will send you before your arrival.

It is also essential that you send us a copy or photo of the ID, NIE, national identity document or passport of all travelers by the platform, in order to be able to carry out the prior verification of the reservation and that there is a record on the platform.

In the online check-in link you will need to:

✅ Registering details for all guests ✅ Make the payment of the tourist tax, when applicable ✅ Check the access link on the day of arrival

🔐 On the same day of your arrival, once the online registration has been successfully completed, the documentation has been sent and the tourist tax payment is made, you can consult the access link within the online check-in link itself, in the KEY icon.

You will receive a link: to access the building and the apartment.

ю The enlace will be active after 15:00 pm, official check-in time.

🚫 Before 3pm, the link will not work and it will not be possible to access the building or the apartment.

IMPORTANT 🕒 HOURS

✅ Check in: after 15:00 PM ✅ Check-out: until 11am

Access is 🚫 not guaranteed before 15pm.

🚫 Any check-out after 11:00 am must be previously authorized by BarcelonaForRent.

VERY IMPORTANT ⚠️ RULES OF THE APARTMENT

This tourist apartment is located in a residential building. To protect the neighbors' peace and ensure a correct stay, we apply strict rules of admission and coexistence.

✅ Reservations and guest profile

We only accept bookings from guests with a good online reputation, positive reviews, and appropriate behavior.

Adult 👥 groups

For adult groups, everyone must be at least 35 years of age.

We don't accept groups of friends under 35 years old without online reputation.

🔎 Guests under 35 years of age

If the guest is under 35 years old and has a good online reputation, the reservation is not automatically accepted. Our team will rate the case based on their reviews, feedback, group composition, and reason for the stay.

🏡 Families with kids

We accept families with children of all ages, even if adults are younger than 35 years of age or do not have prior reviews, as long as it is clearly a family stay.

⛔ Bookings rejected directly

If your guest doesn't have reviews, are under the age of 35 and don't travel as a family with children, your reservation will be declined directly.

🔇 NOISE, MUSIC AND PARTIES — FORBIDDEN

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. During these hours it is not allowed to make noise, play loud music or perform any activity that may disturb the building or the neighbors.

🎵 Loud music: FORBIDDEN 🎉 Parties: PROHIBITED Neighborhood 🏢 discomfort or complaints: not ALLOWED

If loud music is played or a party is held that generates neighborhood complaints, this may result in immediate expulsion from the apartment without refund.

⚠️ In case of neighborhood complaints about noise or parties, a warning will be proceeded. If the behavior persists, there may be a financial penalty, cancellation of the stay, or immediate removal without refund.

Roomonitor detection 📢 system — noise and smoke

The apartment has a Roomonitor system, noise and smoke detector, which notifies us if the limit of 69 dB is exceeded or if signs of smoke are detected in the apartment.

Any notice of excessive noise, loud music, party, smoke or neighborhood complaint may involve:

🚭 APARTMENT 100% NO SMOKING — NO SMOKING

This apartment is completely non-smoking.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in any area of the apartment including:

🚫 Interior of the apartment 🚫 Rooms 🚫 Living room. 🚫 Bathrooms 🚫 Kitchen 🚫 Windows or open doors

No smoking inside the apartment or even if the windows or doors are open.

⚠️ In case of smell of tobacco, ash, butts, smoke or any signs of smoking in the apartment or in the windows, may apply:

Compulsory Community 🏢 Respect

Respect for the neighbors, the building and the rest hours are mandatory throughout the stay.

Violating these rules may result in a financial penalty, cancellation of the reservation or immediate expulsion from the apartment without refund.

🛏️ BED LINEN AND TOWELS

The apartment is always delivered prepared with bedding and towels for maximum occupancy, even if the reservation is for a lower number of guests.

Provided:

🛁 One shower towels per person 🤲 One toilet towel per person 🚿 One bath carpet for each bathroom with shower or bathtub

🗑️ BINS / TRASH

Public recycling bins are located very close to the apartment.

➡️ Leave the building and walk to the nearest corner of the apartment street with the main streets of the area. There you will find Barcelona's public containers for recycling and trash disposal.

🙏 Please always deposit the bags inside the appropriate container and check the colors and instructions before disposing of the garbage.

🚫 Do not leave garbage bags in the apartment, staircase, landing, portal, elevator or common areas of the building.

✅ Help us keep the building clean, respect the neighbors and recycle properly.

🚧 EXTERNAL NOURISHMENT

🚧 We are not responsible for noises coming from outside the apartment, such as works, traffic, neighbors, events, municipal services or other circumstances outside of BarcelonaForRent.

👶 CRIB, HIGH CHAIR AND EXTRAS

👶 Cot or high chair: available on request with a minimum of 3 days in advance.

💶 Cost: €35 per stay each.

🧺 Cotwear is not included and will incur an additional charge of €30 per stay.

❄️ In winter, the Nordic is also provided on request and carries an additional supplement of €30 per stay.

📌 These amenities are subject to availability and must be requested prior to check-in.

🎒 PERSONAL BELONGINGS

🎒 We are not liable for forgotten, lost or damaged items in the apartment.

Before checkout, please review carefully:

💶 TOURIST RATE

The Tourist Tax is an additional cost that must be paid after making your reservation.

The amount is €10.45 per person per night, applicable only to persons aged 17 and over and for a maximum of 7 nights.

📌 The payment of the tourist tax is mandatory and must be completed before accessing the apartment, when applicable.

If you arrive before check-in or your flight/train leaves after checkout, you can use LUGGit, a pickup, custody and baggage delivery service.

LONG STAY 🗓️ BOOKING — 28 NIGHTS OR MORE

For reservations that are 28 nights or longer, water, gas, and electricity supplies are not included in the rental.

The fixed cost for these supplies is €500 per month for stays of 28–30 nights and must be paid directly to Barcelonaforrent Apartments before check-in or upon booking.

📌 In long-stay reservations, the guest must comply with the specific conditions indicated in the reservation, contract or prior communication.

GUEST 🔧 OBLIGATIONS

It is mandatory to allow access to the property to the landlord, administrator or authorized personnel to perform:

🔧 Inspections 🛠️ Reparaciones 🚿 Technical Reviews Future tenant related 🏠 visits 📋 Checks necessary for the correct management of the apartment

When possible, these visits will be pre-coordinated with the guest.

GUEST ✅ COLLABORATION

We appreciate your collaboration to keep the apartment clean, pleasant and respectful with neighbors and the following guests.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges, penalties, cancellation of the stay or immediate expulsion from the apartment, depending on the severity of the incident.
