2. No Parties or Loud Music: There are strictly no parties, events, or gatherings permitted. This includes loud music at any time of the day. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for noise disturbances.
3. Respect for Neighbors: Please respect the neighborhood and our neighbors. Depending on the severity of any complaints received, guests may face fines and eviction.
4. Quiet Hours: Quiet time is observed between 10 PM and 8 AM.
5. Check-In/Out Times: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is strictly at 11 AM.
6. Security Measures: Do not tamper with the building's security cameras or house internet system. This includes covering the cameras, disconnecting the modem or camera system, or causing any damage.
7. Reservation Policy: Only those listed on your reservation are permitted in the unit/house.
8. Damages and Missing Items: Any damages or missing items, including house supplies such as towels, linens, furniture, and electronics, will incur charges equivalent to the replacement cost. Any excessive mess will result in an additional cleaning fee.
9. Policy Violations: Any violations of these house rules may lead to losing your deposit, additional fines, and possible eviction.
10. Noise Restrictions: No loudspeakers, boom boxes, or any devices that can play music loudly are allowed. The owner and management have the discretion to determine what constitutes "loud." If they find the noise level unacceptable, the tenant must comply with requests to reduce volume.
