Discover the perfect family getaway at Fox Ridge, a family-friendly loft unit located within the North Creek Resort in The Blue Mountains, Ontario. Tucked away at the back of Building 9 and surrounded by nature, this peaceful retreat is just steps from hiking trails and ski hills, offering a serene escape with easy access to the adventure of the mountain.

Designed for comfort and flexibility, the home features a thoughtful layout that sleeps up to 6 guests. The loft area houses a Queen bed with its own private bathroom. On the main floor, you will find a Twin over Double bunk bed along with a Twin trundle that slides out for the sixth guest, complemented by a second bathroom featuring a shower and tub combination. The open-concept main floor is ideal for groups to hang out, and the unit boasts two balconies overlooking lush greenspace for a truly relaxing environment.

Guests can enjoy a variety of thoughtfully provided conveniences, including:

• WiFi and TV with cable and Netflix
• Fully equipped kitchen with cookware, toaster, kettle, and a Keurig coffee maker (with 6 complimentary K-cups)

This unit is ski-in/ski-out, with only a 3-5 minute walk to access the North Base at Blue Mountain. The property is also located within a 10-15 minute drive of Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• The primary guest must be 25 years or older and stay on-site during the rental
• No smoking of any kind inside the unit
• No parties allowed
• No pets allowed
• Quiet hours are observed after 10:00 PM
• Shoes must be removed inside the condo
• Skis and snowboards are not permitted inside the unit; please use the provided ski locker (lost key fee: $100)
• Please bring your own towels for the pool or hot tub, as these are not provided
• Please dispose of excess garbage in the provided bins upon departure
