About Property

Step back in time and experience the intrigue of Lake Arrowhead, California, at Bugsy Siegel’s historic hunting cabin. This 1926 cottage is situated on a sprawling 14,000 square foot wooded lot, masterfully blending rustic charm and modern style with high ceilings and light-filled spaces located near the iconic Tudor House.

The property features a unique layout with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 bathrooms, designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The home is divided into two complete living spaces, each functioning as a studio with its own separate entrance and a connecting door that can be locked for added privacy, making it an ideal choice for two couples or families. The first living space boasts wall-to-wall glass doors that open completely to the forest and a deck, while the queen bed can convert to a sofa. The love seat in this area can also convert into two twin slide-out beds. The second living space offers a cozy queen bed tucked into a private nook with a screen, while an open loft accessed by a ladder provides additional sleeping area to maintain an airy feel. Both living spaces include their own cozy fireplace and a large Smart TV.

While the structured amenities are minimal, the home provides specific room details including two kitchens: one featuring an induction cooktop and convection counter oven, and another equipped with a gas cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, and convection oven. Outdoor relaxation awaits just steps from the front door with a gazebo and fire pit for cool mountain nights.

Located at 5,500 feet, Lake Arrowhead is renowned for its clean, crisp air and stunning seasonal changes, remaining significantly cooler in the summer and welcoming snow in the winter. The cottage is nestled in the Villas, offering a peaceful, small-town feel with narrow roads. You will be close to the Village at Lake Arrowhead, which offers various shops and restaurants, the Arrowhead Resort & Spa, and the Tudor House, famous for its weekly entertainment and excellent brunch.
