• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Minimum stay: 2 nights (3 nights for long weekends/public holidays; 4 nights for Christmas and Easter)
• Pets: Small, house-trained, and well-behaved dogs are welcome ($25 per pet, max 2 pets). No heavy shedding breeds. Note that the property is not fenced.
• Safety: Children must be supervised at all times as the lake is unfenced.
• Restrictions: No parties, schoolies groups, 18th/21st birthdays, hens, bucks, or all-male groups.
• Additional Fees: Extra couch-surfers (children only) are $25 per night (max 2 extras, 8 guests total). A Victorian state government Short Stay Levy applies to bookings.
