The sleeping arrangements are completed by a medium-firm memory foam mattress and a single bathroom. For additional guests, the property can accommodate up to 4 people in total.

Inside, you will find a gourmet kitchen equipped with quartz countertops, a Keurig, blender, and toaster, alongside a selection of 16 spices and olive oil for your culinary pleasure. Meals are served on handcrafted local ceramics. The relaxing lounge area features a plush leather sofa and chairs facing a large smart TV, while a cozy propane fireplace and high-speed internet ensure a comfortable stay. The spa-like bathroom provides a lavish grooming experience with a large, fully tiled shower featuring a rain shower head and expansive mirrors. For those with electric vehicles, a Level 2 EV charger is conveniently available onsite.

Step outside to immerse yourself in nature within the fenced yard, featuring soft grass and a concrete patio with Adirondack chairs for mountain gazing. The backdrop includes the serene Wallowa River and a variety of friendly farm animals, including alpacas, Nigerian pygmy goats, and chickens. Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM (Complimentary early check-in may be available after 12:30 PM; guaranteed early check-in from 1:00 PM is $20/hour)
• Check-out: 11:00 AM (Late check-out available for $20/hour)
• Pets: Welcome (Max 2 pets). A non-refundable fee of $30 per night per pet applies. Pets must be leashed outside the yard, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must be crated if left unattended.
• Extra Guests: Base rate covers 2 guests; additional guests are $50 per night.
• House Rules: No smoking inside the condo. Parties require prior approval. This is an active working farm with daily animal feeding activities.
• Safety: Security cameras are located at the entrance doorbell and driveway. Exercise caution around the onsite pond and nearby river.
• Note: There is no washer/dryer on site; however, local laundromats and a wash/fold service are available.
