This spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with two queen-size beds featuring medium-firm memory foam mattresses. The single full bathroom includes a shower/tub combo with fresh towels and toiletries provided.

Important Policies & Information: Check-in is available after 3:00 PM with contactless smart lock access. Early check-in may be available by calling between 12:30-1:00 PM on arrival day, or can be guaranteed for $10/hour starting at 1:00 PM. Check-out is required by 11:00 AM, with late check-out available for $10/hour.

The nightly rate covers up to 4 guests, with additional guests (13+) charged $30 per night. Children 12 and under stay free. Pet policies require advance notification, leashed pets in common areas, and pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. A video doorbell is located at the exterior entrance for security.

Please note there is no on-site washer/dryer (laundromat nearby), the portable AC unit is effective but not completely quiet, and you may hear some noise from upstairs guests. Smoking is prohibited, parties require prior approval, and quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Due to proximity to farms, occasional indoor bugs may occur despite regular treatments.
