Designed as a split-level townhouse, the residence ensures a thoughtful separation of space. The lower level houses the sleeping quarters, while the upper level is dedicated to spacious and stylish living areas. This unique layout provides both comfort and convenience, complemented by air-conditioning throughout the home. The property is ideally positioned on the northern side of the complex, placing guests close to the complex pool, making it a wonderful choice for families and those looking to entertain.

Sleeping arrangements are designed for flexibility and comfort, accommodating up to 6 guests:

• Master Bedroom: King bed
• Second Bedroom: King bed (can be configured as two singles)
• Living Area: Double sofa bed

To enhance your island exploration, a complimentary 4-seat golf buggy is provided for the entire duration of your booking. Please note that all operators must present a full valid driver's license upon arrival to undergo a buggy induction by the valet team. Guests are liable for any damages occurred to the buggy while in their care.

For a seamless start and end to your journey, the property includes one arrival and one departure valet service from the Hamilton Island airport (HTI) or the ferry terminal. Guests arriving or departing via plane should provide flight numbers, while those using Cruise Whitsunday’s should provide their arrival or departure times. Please be aware that arrivals prior to 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM may incur an after-hours fee.
