The sleeping arrangements include one private bedroom with a Queen bed, and a living room equipped with a twin day-bed and a twin trundle, providing restful bedding for up to 4 guests. This sanctuary is accessible via a full flight of stairs, ensuring a quiet escape from the bustle below.

Inside, you will find a cozy atmosphere highlighted by a gas fireplace, perfect for chilly mountain evenings. The suite includes an equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals and a Smart T.V. for your entertainment. Please note that there is no central AC in this unit.

Situated in the heart of Big Bear Lake Village, guests have easy access to the best the area has to offer. For those looking to explore without a car, the Free Big Bear Trolley service offers three convenient routes (Red, Blue, and Gold) to visitor attractions, ski resorts, Boulder Bay, and supermarkets.

• Check-in: 3:00 PM (ID verification required)
• Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Parking: One on-site space available; additional on-street parking is permitted in front of the Lodge.
• Pets: Allowed with pre-approval (2-pet maximum). A fee of $20 per pet applies. Please note that cats are not allowed due to allergy concerns.

House Rules:

• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM. No speakers or sound systems are permitted, and indoor sound must not be audible at the property line. Noise violations may result in fines up to $1,000.
• This is a smoke-free property. Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside and outside; violations will result in a $950 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit.
• No parties or events are allowed at any time.
• Open fires are prohibited by law; please only use provided heating sources.
• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Mountain Safety: Snow chains or cables are required for travel between November 1 and April 30. Driving without 4x4 capability or chains during snow or ice is dangerous and may result in being turned back at checkpoints.
