The sleeping arrangements feature one bedroom with a top-of-the-line full-size mattress ensuring a great night's sleep. For added flexibility, the full-size bed includes a twin-size trundle that can be pulled out from underneath, and the living area includes a futon for extra living or sleeping space. The home is configured with one bathroom and comfortably accommodates up to two guests.

The absolute highlight of this unit is the private patio. We welcome you to relax and lounge during a beautiful sunset or enjoy your morning breakfast and coffee at the patio table, taking in the local atmosphere.

Location is everything at this property. Situated on the corner of Fir St and Sixth Avenue, you are positioned right across from Balboa Park, one of San Diego's top destination attractions. Here, you can explore amazing museums surrounded by gorgeous gardens, visit local vendors and artists, or enjoy a morning run in the sun. A CVS is just one block away, and numerous restaurants and coffee shops are within easy walking distance. For further exploration, the San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, Little Italy, Gaslamp Quarter, and the San Diego Convention Center are all just minutes away by car or a short ride-share. The San Diego International Airport is conveniently located only 2.4 miles from the apartment. While a vehicle is ideal in California, it is not necessary here as electric scooters are available around the building for trips to downtown.

Practical information for your stay includes a check-in window from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Late check-out options are limited and must be requested; 11:00 AM is available for $30, and 12:00 PM is available for $50.

House Rules & Policies:

• Pets: We are pet-friendly! Please inform us before arrival. A fee of $50 per pet, per day applies (charged separately). Service animal fees are waived with a certificate provided before arrival.
• Parking: Limited garage parking is available for $20/day on a first-come, first-served basis; please request this prior to arrival.
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside the unit. A $250 deep-cleaning fee applies to any violations.
• General: No parties are allowed, and loud music is prohibited after 10:00 PM.
• Accessibility: Please note there is no elevator; guests must be comfortable using stairs.
