To accommodate additional guests, the bed includes a twin size trundle that pulls out from underneath, and a versatile futon is provided for extra living or sleeping space. In total, the home is configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, comfortably hosting up to 3 guests.

Located at the corner of Fir St and Sixth St, you are perfectly positioned to explore the best of San Diego. Directly across Sixth St is Balboa Park, one of the city's top destination attractions, where you can discover amazing museums and gorgeous gardens or enjoy a morning run. The neighborhood is highly walkable, with a CVS just a block away and numerous restaurants and coffee shops within easy reach. For those looking to explore further, electric scooters are available around the building for quick trips to Downtown San Diego and Little Italy. The San Diego Zoo, Seaport Village, Gaslamp Quarter, and the San Diego Convention Center are all just minutes away by car or a short ride-share. The San Diego International Airport is conveniently located only 2.4 miles from the apartment.

Practical information for your stay includes a check-in window from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. We are pet-friendly, though we ask that you inform us before arrival; a fee of $50 per pet, per day applies (waived for certified service animals). Please note that there is no elevator, so guests must be comfortable using stairs. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, and a $250 deep-cleaning fee will be applied for violations. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties are not allowed and loud music must cease after 10:00 PM. Limited garage parking is available for $20/day on a first-come, first-served basis. Late check-out may be requested for an additional fee: 11:00 AM for $30 or 12:00 PM for $50.
