Relaxed luxury defines the property, where peaceful surroundings and gum trees create a sanctuary that allows you to truly switch off from the rest of the world. The home features an open plan living, dining, and kitchen area designed to suit a family or group of friends, boasting a designer aspect sure to please the most discerning guest. Built for both entertaining and comfort, the living space includes a massive, brand new smart TV, and the interior is kept perfect year-round with ducted air conditioning and heating throughout. Step outside to the new deck, offering plenty of space to sip a glass of champagne or cook up a feast on the BBQ.

Designed for sumptuously restful nights, the home offers a configuration of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. The sleeping arrangements include two queen bedrooms—with the master featuring a lovely ensuite—and a third bedroom equipped with king single bunk beds. Every room is decked out with luxury bedding and hotel-grade linens to ensure a blissful rest. All adult bedrooms are also equipped with their own smart televisions.

Located just a hop and a skip from the beach in Macmasters Beach, New South Wales, this residence provides a true 'home away from home' experience. Please be aware that neighboring homes are currently undergoing renovations, which may result in some construction noise between Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Practical Information & Rules:

• Check-in: After 3:00 PM (Details sent the night before or morning of arrival)
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
• Pets: Allowed with prior approval; a pet fee of $110 per stay applies. Pets are not permitted on furniture.
• Occupancy: Maximum 8 overnight guests; maximum 12 people total on premises (day visitors must be approved in writing).
• Smoking: Strictly no-smoking property; violations may result in a $500 fine.
• Noise: No parties or events. Minimal noise is requested, especially after 9:00 PM.
• Additional Notes: Only one set of keys is provided. Beach towels are available for a fee of $20 per towel. While suitable for children, cots and high-chairs are not supplied.
