We have a few rules that I'd like to let you know about. I know rules are boring, but we'd really appreciate it if you could take a quick read.
#1 - Number of Guests Please ensure that the total number of guests matches that on your booking. If you have more guests than you booked for, you will not be covered under Airbnb Insurance. This is bad for everyone! #2 - Check-out - Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Our cleaner will arrive shortly after 11:00 am to clean the property... We can't stop her; she's a cleaning machine! Don't forget to leave all garbage in the containers located in the parking lot when you leave. #3 - Please help us wash the dishes If you used dishes during your stay, we would appreciate it if you could clean them. This would be of great help to us. #4 - Lights & Air Conditioning - VERY IMPORTANT We would really appreciate it if you could turn off all lights and the air conditioner when you leave the apartment each day, and at check-out. At BEE MY GUEST, we are environmentally conscious and aware of our surroundings. #5 - Prohibited for all guests:
- Use the condominium or any area of the building for any activity prohibited by law, including the use of illegal substances. In the event of suspicious activity, the relevant authorities will be called.
- Bringing pets or animals into the condominium.
- Improper use of appliances, candles or other items may cause a fire.
- Performing any act that causes damage or harm to the property or to other guests.
- Removing any item from the property. Any item missing from the condominium will be charged to the guest. ***Yes, our community is very safe. Please make sure to always leave the door and windows securely closed when you leave your condo, and the lights and air conditioner turned off.
