For additional guests, the living area includes a sofa bed, allowing the home to accommodate up to 6 guests. You will find a welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like a "home away from home."
While the structured amenities list is limited, the villa is thoughtfully appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a propane indoor fireplace to cozy up by during chilly evenings. In case of any problems, Chalets Confort and the owner will be informed. The tenant must report any breakages or damage that occurred during their stay. Renter is liable for any material or bodily damage caused inside or outside the rental during the period of stay. The tenant and any person present on the premises release the Owner from all liability in the event of a claim related to the damages for which they would be responsible.
The tenant agrees to respect neighbors and residents in the area, maintaining a reasonable level of noise inside and outside the property. After 11pm, noise must be kept to a minimum, especially outdoors.
Terms and conditions: This property is non-smoking. Initially, waste must be deposited in the premises provided for this purpose. Only the people mentioned in the reservation are allowed to stay. Failure to comply with rules or conditions may incur additional charges. One dog is allowed under certain conditions (+$50/dog). To book this Chalets Comfort property, you must be 21 + and have a government-issued ID.
