Please keep the home smoke-free. The primary guest must be 25 years or older and present for the entire stay - this is a requirement of the property.
Parking is limited to three vehicles total: two in the garage and one in front. Please do not park on the street, and note that street parking violations may result in towing at the owner's expense. No trailers, RVs, boats, motorcycles, snowmobiles, or campers are permitted on-site.
All trash must be kept in provided containers inside the enclosed garage until pickup day, then returned to an enclosed space the same day. Please keep all waste contained - the community has strict guidelines about this.
The heated garage must remain closed at all times. Please keep outdoor lighting, sounds, and odors reasonable out of respect for neighbors.
- Before checkout
Collect any dirty dishes and start the dishwasher. Leave sheets on the beds. (Don’t worry about washing them—we’ve got it covered.) If you used any parking or recreation passes, put them back in their original place. Don't forget to pack up all of your belongings. Leave something behind? Don't worry—if we find your item, we're happy to mail it back to you. You only have to pay for shipping.
